At Lexovaris S.A. (hereinafter, Lexovaris) we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal data you provide when using lexovaris.com and the associated services, in compliance with Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the regulations of the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when completing forms (name, email), technical data (IP address, device type, browser) and browsing data captured through cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (i) send you information about new projects and platform updates when you authorise it; (ii) manage your relationship as a prospective investor; (iii) comply with legal, regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations; (iv) improve our services and site security.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (forms and communications), on the performance of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship, on applicable legal obligations (for example, CNV and UIF regulations) and on our legitimate interests in security and service improvement.
5. Retention
We retain your data while you maintain an active relationship with Lexovaris and for the periods required by applicable Argentine law. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology, accounting and legal service providers acting as data processors, as well as with public bodies when there is a legal obligation (CNV, UIF, AFIP, AAIP).
7. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside Argentina. In those cases we ensure an adequate level of protection through contractual clauses and technical measures in line with Law 25,326.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@lexovaris.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Law 25,326.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. However, no system is 100% secure.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will always publish the current version on this site with its update date.
